Return and Exchange Policy

Can I return/exchange my purchase?

Item must be returned within 7 days since the customer received the item. Items must be in saleable condition, must be unused and unwashed, with all hang tags still attached. All shipping costs for return/exchange items are shouldered by the customer. We will issue a full refund in the form of store credit for as long as the items are returned in marketable condition, within 7 days that the customer received their order.

Return and Exchanges

Except for cases where the product you receive is different from the order or the product is defective, you cannot cancel your order after it has been completed. We also cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds if the product is returned without notice or if the product is returned or canceled due to refusal to receive it.

If the product you receive is different from the order or the product is defective, please contact our customer service desk within 30 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will inspect the product and, if we find any errors or defects, we will exchange the product if it is in stock, or refund you if it is not in stock.

Please note that we may refuse to exchange the product if it is defective but cannot be determined to be “unused” according to our standards.
