Return and Exchanges

We do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference once an order has been completed, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or defective

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items returned without prior notice or for returns resulting from refusal to accept delivery.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once we inspect the returned item and confirm the issue, we will offer an exchange (if the item is in stock) or a full refund (if the item is no longer available).

Please be aware that we may decline an exchange or refund if the returned product is not in unused condition according to our inspection standards.
